Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is the refund and cancellation policy for paid subscriptions to software products operated by Wayflare OÜ, including Cobwebs (cobwebs.app), Nudgio (nudgio.life), and any future Wayflare products. We have tried to make this short and easy to read.
The short version
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any subscription.
- No questions asked. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
- Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again.
- Annual renewals after year one are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
- Statutory rights are preserved. This policy is in addition to any rights you have as a consumer under EU or local law.
How to request a refund
Email info@wayflare.eu within 14 days of your first payment date. Please include:
- the email address on your account, and
- (optional) which product you bought.
That's it. You don't need to give a reason. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Bank or card processing times may add a few extra business days.
What is refundable
- First purchase of any subscription, within 14 days of the payment date.
- Annual renewals (year two and beyond): not refundable. They are cancellable for the next period (see below).
- Pro-rated refunds for unused time mid-period:we don't offer these. The 14-day window is the only refund window. After that, you keep access for the time you paid for and we won't charge you again if you cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time:
- from inside the product (look for "Cancel subscription" in your account or billing settings), or
- by emailing info@wayflare.eu from the address on your account.
After cancellation:
- You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We will not charge you again at the next renewal date.
- Your account data remains until you choose to delete it (see our Privacy Policy).
EU and EEA consumers — your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you also have rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, including, in many cases, a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. We do not ask you to waive any of these rights. Our 14-day money-back guarantee runs in parallel with them, and where any difference between the two would benefit you, the better right applies.
To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, or simply send us an unequivocal statement to info@wayflare.eu. If you exercise either right within 14 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with your subscription, please email us first at info@wayflare.eu. We are quick to refund and we would much rather sort it out directly than via your bank. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Exceptions
In the rare event that we suspend or terminate your account because of a serious breach of our Terms of Service (for example, fraud or abuse), refunds are at our discretion.
